■How to order
Ordering procedure on this website

(1) Search for products from the top page
Please search using one of the following methods.
・Select the product category you are looking for from the menu at the top of the home page.
- Select the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner of the home page and search by keyword.
- Transition to the product page from each product displayed on the top page.
- Click on the product category banner displayed on the top page to go to the product list page.

(2) A list of products will be displayed.
Once you reach the product list from each page, click on the product you want. The product details screen will be displayed.

(3) On the product details page, select the quantity and size and click the "Add to Cart" button. This page uses encryption technology (SSL).

(4) Confirmation of order details
Please confirm your order details and proceed to checkout. If you have any additional information about your order, please enter it in the "Add Order Notes" field.

(5) Specify the delivery address
Enter your contact information and shipping address and proceed to payment.

(6) Specify the delivery date and time
Select the desired delivery date and time from the available options.

(6) Specify your payment method
Select your payment method and click the "Buy Now" button to complete your order. Depending on the payment method, you may be redirected to a payment input screen, so please complete the input.

■ Display and notation on product details page
The photos on the product details page are images of the product taken from the front (with some exceptions).
*We have taken photos in colors as close to the actual product as possible, but please note that the colors may appear different from the actual product depending on the monitor settings of your computer or the manufacturer and model of your mobile phone.

■ Regarding stock availability
Please check the product details page for current stock availability. If the "Add to Cart" button is displayed, the item is in stock.

■About products in stock
We will ship your order within 5 business days and deliver it to you within 1-2 days.
Delivery may be delayed in some areas due to a large number of orders or weather conditions.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

■About the shopping cart
Items you add to your cart will appear in your cart, but this does not mean that you have reserved the item.
We recommend that you complete your order as soon as possible, as your item will be reserved as soon as the order process is completed.
Also, if you will be browsing the site for a long time or purchasing multiple items, please check that the items you have added to your cart have not disappeared before proceeding with your order.

■Confirm your order details
Once your order is complete, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Members can also check their order history on their "Account" page.
*The email will contain your order details, so please check that there are no errors.
*Depending on the server situation, emails may be delayed or may not arrive at all. If you do not receive an email after waiting for a while, please contact us.

The card usage date will be the date the product is ordered.

*When making credit card payments, we use encryption technology (SSL) to provide a more secure environment as a service, but we do not guarantee its safety, and we cannot be held responsible for any accidents such as data leaks.

▼About credit card withdrawal dates
We use a payment processing company to secure the credit card authorization limit when your order is confirmed, and then charge the card company when the product is shipped. Therefore, please contact your card company directly to inquire about the withdrawal date.

Depending on the closing date of your credit card company, billing may take place one to two months in advance.

▼About security codes
What is a security code? It is a three-digit (or four-digit) number printed on the back of your credit card. As a security measure to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card, we ask you to enter it every time you pay with your credit card.

Some credit cards do not have a security code. If your security code is not listed or you do not know it, please contact your credit card issuer.

▼About 3D Secure (identity authentication)
3D Secure is a system that verifies the identity of cardholders by requiring them to enter information such as their credit card number and expiration date, as well as a password that they have registered with their card issuer, in order to make online credit card payments more secure.

If you pay by card, you will be required to enter your password, so if you do not know your password, please check in advance by contacting your card company.

◇Shop Pay
You can save your address and credit card information with Shop Pay, and then use that information to easily pay for future purchases at stores that have Shop Pay enabled.

◇Apple Pay
If you are registered with Apple Pay, you can pay using your registered information.
